Dating Ideas for Women – Getting That Second Date with Him
Monday, January 9th, 2012

Traditionally, both men and women seem to think that inspiration in terms of relationships and dating should be on the burden of the men. But believe it or not, ladies, women who think up dating ideas have a distinct advantage over men than those who do not bother and leave it up to the men. Creative and unique ideas tend to bring enjoyment to both parties, but most of all it keeps the men coming back for more.

Men are more alike to single women than you might think. Men too enjoy surprises every now and then, and for a woman to surprise her man with fun and creative ideas while out on a date will definitely keep his interest in wanting to stick around for that second, third, fourth dates. Spontaneity is enjoyable to both genders, so it’s time for the ladies to stop waiting for the men to inject a little surprise into the dating game.

Forget about the same old tiresome routine. Forget about drinks, dinner, and movies. Those are the usual humdrum most people go through; in fact they’ve become so common that they should be considered routine. They’re no longer unique, memorable activities by themselves. They’re too average to be remembered, and will inevitably bore a man into forgetfulness.

Another reason why you should make things interesting on a date is so that the entire event won’t be completely based on conversation. For one thing, a lot of men will tell you (if asked to be honest) that it’s hard trying to focus on a conversation all night long, either due to nervousness on the first date or utter boredom.

While it’s understandable that women are intellectual creatures that prefer to bond over conversations, men are more physical creatures who bond over activities that get the blood pumping. Men don’t feel the need to talk and open up just so they can feel “closer” to you. Men and women are completely different creatures, so if you want to appeal to a man to keep him interested for that second date, try doing what he enjoys doing. In fact, if you engage in a fun activity that gets him excited, he would associate the feeling of excitement and euphoria with you.

This doesn’t mean that you should keep things centered on your man. You can still have a decent conversation in between the activities, perhaps during lunch or dinner, intermissions between whatever it is you have planned. That way, both you and your man will get what you both crave.
